We aim to be a cooperative that does not simply do more work, but does the right work in a planned, measurable and sustainable way.
A Solid Institutional Foundation
To move the cooperative's core operations away from being dependent on individuals and give it a systematic structure. Our priorities are building an inventory of the members' production and needs, activating the working groups, establishing financial and administrative record-keeping, and turning the technical know-how gained in the milk cold chain into a lasting local problem-solving capacity.
Strengthening the Producer's Economic Power
To jointly plan the members' input needs, develop collective input supply models, make training and technical advisory services regular, and build a structure that connects production with the market. Buyer and market research, quality and traceability practices, and contract-based marketing models will come to the fore.
A Model Cooperative Structure
To build a structure held up as an example for its institutional capacity, technical problem-solving strength, member participation, transparency, use of data, and sustainable economic model. Our main goal is for this model, which begins in Yeşilova, to grow into a cooperative that is strong in Muş, a model in Eastern Anatolia, and an example throughout Turkey.
