Through the contact form we collect only the following: your full name, your contact detail (phone and/or email) and the content of the message you send.

This data is processed to respond to your contact requests, to evaluate your questions and applications, and to communicate with you about membership and our activities.

Your data is processed on the legal basis of the Cooperative's legitimate interest in contacting you upon your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-f), provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. For requests aimed at establishing a contract, such as a membership application, it is also processed on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishment of a contract).

The checkbox in the form records that you have read this notice; the time of confirmation is stored together with your message.

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be shared with authorized public institutions when required by our legal obligations and within the framework of the legislation.

Our website and contact form messages are hosted on the Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure of our service provider Google LLC, whose servers may be located outside Turkey. Your data may therefore be transferred abroad solely for hosting purposes and in line with the safeguards set out in KVKK Art. 9. The website's hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) is also located abroad.

Contact form messages are kept for at most 1 (one) year from the date of receipt and are then permanently deleted automatically. If your request is resolved earlier, your message may be deleted sooner. Cases where the legislation requires a longer period are reserved.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to exercise the other rights set out in the law.
